KAILUA-KONA — Hawaii Island police have located 28-year-old Alvin C. Haili-Barawis, who was wanted on bench warrants
Haili-Barawis was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Kona area, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He was charged for his two bench warrants totaling $100,000 and for resisting arrest.
He is slated to make a court appearance today.
